The Annual Home Owners Association fees, which are $250.00, are due as of January 1st each year and covers that calendar year. The Association’s Treasurer will notify members in writing giving thirty (30) days notice of payment being due.
What do the HOA dues pay for?
The HOA dues are used for the upkeep of our community.
Dues ensure that:
our common-area lawns are mowed
our signage is properly maintained
trees on common ground are cared for and removed when a liability to property or people exists
tax preparation
maintenance of the pond and gazebo
insurance & common lighting
