Living in The Meadows
The Meadows is situated in an ideal location. We are tucked away in a small community while conveniently located to major highways and a wide variety of shopping.
Take an afternoon walk or evening stroll and say hello to your neighbors. Stop by the pond and enjoy the view. If you enjoy fishing, there are plenty of fish to catch. We ask you to "catch and release" so that others may enjoy the fish after you.
Look around the community and you will note a variety of ways residents have enhanced the look of their homes. Anything from a few plants, a new rose garden and flowers to replace a fallen tree. Is there anything you have done you would like to share with your neighbors? Redecorated a room? A garden that survived the summer heat? If you would like to showcase your work, email a photo to meadowsva@gmail.com and we will post it to the website.
An important part of living in The Meadows is understanding that each house is part of the larger community. This means maintaining the outside of your home and adhering to the by-laws contained in the Homeowner Association Handbook you received at closing.
Architectural Review
The Architectural Review Committee ensures the community maintains its aesthetic appearance and harmony. Construction, modifications, additions, improvements or alterations must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee prior to installation. Building plans are approved or disapproved based on the impact to the community and association by-laws. The Architectural Committee will work with you to ensure your alterations are within the by-laws of the community.
